I am a husband and father of three sons and one daughter, I am a dermatologist in a small town in rural southeastern Wisconsin, and I relax by playing classical music on the ukulele.  I support the HSF because I have seen first-hand how HS devastates my patients and how much of a struggle it is for them to get the disease under control and their lives back, and I believe that working together through the HSF we all can improve outcomes for HS patients.
